Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong
Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and the Resident Teacher at Manjushri KMC in UK. In addition to her responsibilities at Manjushri KMC, she teaches extensively at major events around the world. Gen-la has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 40 years and holds the lineages of his blessings in her heart. She is recognised as a fully qualified Teacher of Sutra and Tantra, and in particular is qualified to bestow the blessings of the Highest Yoga Tantra practices of Heruka and Vajrayogini.

Deputy Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU, National Spiritual Director of Canada and Resident Teacher of IKRC Grand Canyon in Arizona. Having taught internationally for many years he is greatly admired for his warm personality and clear, inspiring teachings.
Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is highly experienced, well-respected and has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years.
She is also the National Spiritual Director of Austria, Switzerland, Italy and South Africa and teaches at National Festivals and Dharma Celebrations.
